Nicole began her career in the mortgage industry as a Mortgage Agent, where she developed a strong understanding of client needs, lending solutions, and relationship management. She later transitioned into a Business Development Manager role at Magenta, focusing on broker partnerships, strategic growth, and expanding market presence through collaborative relationships.

In her role at Referral Mortgages, Nicole will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and play a key role in recruiting and onboarding brokers. Her focus will be on building a strong, collaborative team while ensuring a seamless experience for both our agents and our operations staff.

With experience spanning advising, business development, operations, and recruitment, Nicole brings a well-rounded, relationship-driven approach that aligns extremely well with our culture and growth plans.
