Lianne’s career in the industry began in real estate in 2010, giving her an early understanding of both the emotional and practical sides of buying a home. After having her first child in 2014, she decided to transition into mortgages—a career that allowed her to use her analytical skills, work through different financial scenarios, crunch numbers and, of course, create a good spreadsheet.

In 2017, shortly after welcoming her second child, Lianne began working as an administrator for a mortgage agent while completing her mortgage agent course and managing a restaurant. She became licensed in early 2018 and is now a Mortgage Agent Level 2 with more than eight years of experience as a licensed mortgage professional.

Today, Lianne works alongside Brigitte, bringing a strong understanding of mortgage financing, a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to work through numbers and complex scenarios. You can count on Lianne to work quickly and accurately, stay on top of every detail and find ways to make even the most complicated processes more efficient. Her ability to develop organized systems and streamlined processes helps keep each file moving forward smoothly from beginning to end.

Outside of work, family is everything to Lianne. She has a passion for competitive water sports and camping and loves spending time with the people who matter most to her.
