Kritika is a graduate of Algonquin College where she majored in Human Resource Management. After earning her post-graduate degree she entered the HR industry to explore her passion for recruiting and interacting with new people. She has been recognized by her employers for her commitment to hard work and quick learning skills. Her husband is also in the mortgage business, so she has seen first hand the excitement and the work that goes into every mortgage file.
